Father’s day gifts are known for being an afterthought at best, yet still, you would never hear a word about it from our enduring papás. So how do convince sons, daughters (and wives) that it’s finally time to get dad something that he really wants?

We gathered a collection of sad Father’s day gifting stories and turned them into boleros, the quintessential Latin American romantic genre known for its bittersweet lyrics. Then we created our own trio “Los Padres” (The Fathers) to be the voices of the millions of disappointed dads.
